Fred P. Hendrickson age 58 of Marion passed away Thursday, September 13, 2012 at his residence.
Born June 11, 1954 in Trenton, New Jersey to the late Fred and (Lois Ann) Hendrickson who preceded him in death.
Fred was a Horticulturist for Endiking Nursery.
Survivors include longtime companion of over 35 years Glenna (Miller) Blackburn two sons Lee Roy Turner of Marion, Wayne Ellsworth Turner of Sarasotta, Florida, two daughters Glenda Lynn Mercer and Linda Denise Turner both of Marion. Several Grandchildren including Delanay Jane, Cheryl and Denise.
Fred enjoyed Baseball especially the Atlanta Braves, Football, plants, he had a very green thumb. He was a friend to many with a firm handshake for all.
There will be a graveside service Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 1: 00 p.m. at Agosta Cemetery with Rev. David DiPeitro officiating. Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors are in Charge of arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.gunderhallandfolk.com
