John T. Hartle age 57 passed away at Partners of Marion on October 28, 2012 after a long struggle with many health problems.
John was born in Marion to Robert T. Hartle and Pauline (Dall) Hartle on June 19, 1955.
He graduated from Marion Harding High School in 1973. He then moved to Rural Retreat Virginia to work on his Aunt and Uncle Charles and Evelyn Dalls’ Dairy Farm. He worked on their Dairy Farm till his Aunt’s passing, retiring to Marion. He worked for his Uncles, Tom, Jerry, Joe, and cousin Delvin Criswell with their race horses until his health became too bad.
John loved all types of animals and enjoyed working with them. John was a member of Fairpark Baptist Church and the mens fellowship group.
He is survived by his mother Pauline (Dall) Hartle, brother James (Linda) Hartle, Aunt Hazel Blankenship, niece Lannel Bowman, nephew Curtis Bowman, special cousin Karl (Kim) Blankenship, and Trisha E. Blankenship, plus many more family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert T. Hartle, uncle William C. (Ruby) Dall, and the Stiffeys.
