Carl M. Brown age 77 of Marion passed away Friday, November 9, 2012 at his residence.
Born June 10, 1935 in Marion to the late William S. And Opal M. (Cummings) Brown.
Carl retired from GTE as head lineman.
He is survived by two sons Harold “Bill” (Brenda Yost) Brown, Michael (Donna Martin) Brown. both of Marion, three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Carl is preceded in death by four brothers, Bob, Dick, Jim, and twin brother Paul Brown, two sisters, Betty and JoAnn Brown.
Carl was a member of St Mary Church, Eagles Lodge at Indian Lake, Moose Lodge in Marion, and American Legion Post 162.
Family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Monday, November 12, 2012 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at St Mary Church with Father Michael Nimocks Officiating. Burial will follow in St Mary’s Cemetery.
