Rodney E. Timmons, 47, of Galion

Rodney E. TimmonsRodney E. Timmons, 47, of Galion, went to be with the Lord on November 5, 2012.

He was born in Marion, Ohio on January 7, 1965 to David and Terry (Hunt) Timmons who preceded him in death as did a brother, David Timmons Jr., and a sister, Bertha “Mandy” Timmons Stevens.

Rodney enjoyed drawing and collecting hotwheels.

Rodney is survived by two sons, Rodney (Mac) and Cory, former wife Sonya/Jim Rankin, all of Marion. Sisters Becky (Tom) Shirk, Tammy Timmons and Joyce Rose, his brother Lemual (Angie) Timmons, brother/sister-in-lay John/Tammy Weaver whom he resided with in Galion, sister-in-law Kimberly Russell, father/mother-in-law Elmer/Deborah Russell, all of Marion, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Burial will be at a later date in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
