Vivian B. Elliott age 95 of Marion, Ohio passed away Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Marion Manor Nursing Home.
She was born October 27, 1917 in Green Camp, Ohio to the late George L. and Bernice M. (Corbin) Imbody.
On October 27, 1938 she married Dwight J. Smith, he preceded her in death on February 18, 1964. She then married Lester D. Elliott on October 30, 1977, he preceded her in death on November 3, 1989.
Vivian was employed at IGA as a meat cutter for twenty years and was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her children, Margaret (Terry) Henkel of Columbus, Oh., James (Connie) Smith of Port St.Lucie, Fl., daughter in law, Teri Smith of Greenville, Sc., step daughters, Ruth (Gary) Craft of Marion, Oh., Bev (Frank) D’Eramo of IN., eleven grandchildren, Jeffrey Smith, Melissa Smith, Michael Stevens, Kara Tarsitano, Colleen Heacock, Brian Armbruster, Tammy Jackson, Scott Craft, Mike D’Eramo, Pat D’Eramo, Tony D’Eramo, many great grandchildren, her sister, Phyllis Fleming of Marion, Oh., and numerous nieces and nephews.
Vivian was preceded in death by her son, Benjamin Smith, two brothers, Morgan and Gene Imbody, two sisters, Norma Wasserbeck and Patricia Caudill.
Funeral Services for Vivian will be held Monday, February 11, 2013 @ 11 AM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with AIM Kevin Kehn officiating. Burial will follow at Claridon Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be Monday, February 11, 2013 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
