Barbara R. Knotts age 79 of Marion, Ohio passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Marion General Hospital.
She was born December 22, 1933 in Marion, Ohio to the late Harold and Olga Mae (Tuttle) James.
On June 10, 1955 in Richmond, IN., she married Bobby D. Knotts, he preceded her in death on March 20, 1995.
Barbara was employed for several years at Meijer and Fulfilment, and enjoyed volunteering at Marion General Hospital.
She is survived by her three sons, Rickey (Sue) Knotts of Richwood, Oh., Randy (Janet) knotts of Marion, Oh., Russell (Kelly) Knotts of Marion, Oh., eight grandchildren, Jennifer Knotts, Nikki (Rex) Davidson, Samantha (Adam) Shank, TJ Knotts, Bobbie Knotts, Jason (Madi) Knotts, Rebecca (Brandon) Miller, Melissa (Joe) Williams, nine great grandchildren, Sabyien, Justin, Elijah, Lillyan, Tyson, Ainsley, Russell, Zaden, Emmalyan, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Barbara was prceded in death by her parents, husband and nine brothers and sisters.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 4, 2013 @ 11 AM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Chaplain Daniel Kiger officiating. Burial will follow at Grand Prairie Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday, April 3, 2013 from 5 – 8 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
