Charles Francis Foster Jr. 68 of New Bloomington, Ohio passed March 28th 2013 at his home cared for by hospice and surrounded by family.
Born to the late Charles Francis Foster Sr. and Catherine (Christian) Postell, he married the former Linda Kay Albright on June 4th 1966 and she survives at home.
He was a retired Whirlpool employee as well as a veteran of the United States Army. He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed going on hunting and fishing trips with his son and grandson, traveling with his family and friends, but above all, he loved spending time with his family.
Chuck is survived by his wife; Linda, two children; Kenny (Martha) Foster and Tina (Andrew) Koepfer, his four grandkids; Leslie Knapp, Michael Knapp, Dusty Foster and Jessika Knapp, his two sisters; Kay Foster and Judy Redmond, one half sister; Mary Jane Johnson, four brothers; Earl, Bill (Sharon), Rick, Darrell (Marrian) and two half brothers; Mike and Chris Foster.He was also loved by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his dog; Snuggles.

Friends may call Monday evening from 5 PM – 8 PM at the Hughes-Allen Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday morning at 11:00 AM at the Hughes-Allen Funeral Home with Pastor Ryan Chivington officiating. Burial will follow in Chapel Heights Memory Garden where military honors will be presented by the Marion County Joint Veteran’s Council.
