Sheila J. Leibold, age 66, of Marion, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2013, at the OSU Medical Center in Columbus, OH.
She was born on June 17, 1946 in Marion to the late Harvey J. Bell and Barbara Sanderson Marinik.
Sheila graduated from Pleasant High School in 1964 and later married James R. “Rick” Leibold on September 30, 1967 in Marion.
She retired after 25 years having been employed with Walden Books and Maloney’s Books.
Sheila had a great love for her loons and, for many years, enjoyed her bald eagle observations.
Besides her father, Sheila was preceded in death by an infant brother and an infant sister. She is survived by her husband, James, her mother, Barbara Marinik of Heath, OH, son, Todd Leibold of Powell, OH, daughter, Jennifer Leibold of Marion, and two brothers, Keith Marinik of Hanover, OH and Jeffery Bell of Richmond, VA.
Friends may call on the family on Monday, June 3, 2013 from 6-7PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. A memorial service will immediately follow at 7PM also at the funeral Home. Rev. Dwight Hord will officiate the service.
