Francis D. Hall, age 78, of Marion, died Sunday, June 23, 2013 at Riverside United Methodist Hospital.
Francis “Doc” was born December 17, 1934 to the late James I. and Hazel H. (Hoffman) Hall in Marion.
He married Loretta J. Hoptry on September 26, 1954; she survives.
Francis retired from Clark Metal Products, was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church and enjoyed tinkering with anything he could.
In addition to Loretta, Doc is survived by sons, Michael D. (Gena) Hall, of Marion and Steven D. (Michelle) Hall, of Marion; daughters, Beth A. (Stuart) Williams, of Loveland, OH and Debbie H. Wine of Miamisburg, OH; brothers, Ray (Joyce) Hall, of Marion and Clifford (Susie) Hall of Marion; grandchildren Danielle Geyer, Erica Wine, and Ethan Hall; and great-grandchild, Adrian Geyer.
Friends may call from 10AM until 12 noon Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors where services will be held at 12 noon with Pastor Mark Shuring officiating. Burial will follow at Marion Cemetery. Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors are handling arrangements.
