Gloria E. Krider, age 88, formerly of Marion, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Woodlands of Hamilton, in Hamilton, Ohio.
Born on July 12, 1924 to the late Frank and Bernice (Hartman) O’Hara in Nelsonville, Ohio, Gloria was a 1942 graduate of Marion Harding High School.
Gloria was preceded in death by her husband Leroy D. Krider, of 61 years, on January 17, 2007.
She retired after more than 30 years of service with the Marion Police Department as a Record’s Clerk and was a member of The First Church of the Nazarene for over 60 years.
Gloria is survived by children, Jack (Bonnie) Krider, of Dublin, OH., Pam Thorpe, of Cincinnati, OH., and Lisa (Laurin) Sprague, of Hamilton, OH.; brother-in-laws, Karl Krider, of Marion, and Earl Krider, of Naples, Fl.; 7 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at First Church Of The Nazarene where services will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Riley Powell officiating.
