John D. Fridley age 59 of Marion, Ohio passed away Sunday, June 2, 2013 at his residence.
He was born October 11, 1953 in Marion, Ohio to Lawrence R. amd Pauline L. (Emery) Fridley.
John was a longtime residen of Marion where he was very active in the Marion Bowling Association.
He is survived by his father, Lawrence R. Fridley of Marion, Oh., four children, Christy (Leonard) Parker of Marion, Oh., Michael (Shanna) Fridley of Marion, Oh., Darrick Howell of Marion, Oh., Rebecca Howell of Marion, Oh., special friend, Pauline Fridley of Marion, Oh., eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three sisters, Vickie (Mike) Spaulding of Marion, Oh., Barb (Bernard) Stanley of Marion, Oh., Nancy (Dan) Scheitler of Minn., and numerous nieces and nephews.
John was preceded in death by his mother, Pauline L. Fridley and two brothers, Larry and Robert Fridley, and a grandson, Billie J. Bowen.
Visitation for John will be held Thursday, June 6, 2013 from 5 – 8 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Friday, June 7, 2013 @ 2 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Wanda Ferrier officiating. Burila will foloow at Chapel Heights Memory Gardens.
