Dwayne K. Jones, age 72, of Cardington, died Monday, August 26, 2013 at his residence.
Dwayne was born on October 7, 1940 in Cardington to the late Frederick R. and Edna E (Kenyon) Jones.
On August 11, 1979 he married Juanita J Barr, who survives.
Dwayne worked for The Whirlpool Corporation for 40 years as a die setter and then drove for Tuscarora. Dwayne graduated from Cardington High School, enjoyed race car driving, motorcycles, camping and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to Juanita, Dwayne is survived by daughters, Anita M. Jones of Prospect, OH and Teresa (Tim) Call of Caledonia; eight grandchildren including Katelynn, Bree and Drayson, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by sister, Wanda Elliott and step sister, Veldren Immel.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8PM Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors where services will be held 11AM Thursday, August 29, 2013 with Rev. Floyd Radebaugh. Burial will follow at the Caledonia Cemetery.
