Jack C. Lill, age 83, of Marion, died Thursday evening, August 29, 2013, at the Marion Manor Nursing Home following an extended illness.
On December 7, 1929, Jack was born in Marion, Ohio, the son of the late Paul and Blanche (Kirk) Lill. He graduated from Morral High School in the Class of 1947.
Jack was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
After many years, Jack retired from USS Agra Chemicals. He also enjoyed farming.
Jack is survived by his wife, Carol Lill; his cousin, Rob Lill; and his step-son, Steve Doerman.
Including his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his son, Jody Lill; and his daughter, Lisa Lill.
At his family’ request, no services will be observed.
Memorial contributions may be made to Marion General Hospice, the Marion Area Humane Society, and the National Kidney Foundation, and they may be sent to the care of the funeral home.
