John Scott “Bomber” Gilbert age 58 of Marion passed away Friday, September 27, 2013 at Med-Central Hospital in Mansfield.
Born in Akron, Ohio to the late Robert J. and Joyce I. (Hawley) Gilbert.
John is survived by his partner Penny McGlone, one brother Tom Gilbert of Chillicothe, Ohio, one cousin, Karen (Cliff) Stadler of Canton, Ohio.
John loved riding his motorcycle, Hanging out with his band member friends, talking on the CB radio, and was a big Jimmy Johnson Nascar Fan.
Family will receive friends Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 7;00 p.m. at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors with funeral services at 7:00 p.m.
