Pamela Jo Williams, age 70, of Marion passed away on Friday, October 11, 2013, at 8:14 p.m. in the Marion General Hospital.
She was born in Marion, Ohio on December 21, 1942 to the late John and Florence (Winfield) Burke.
Pam married Lewis W. Williams in Marion on December 22, 1960 and he survives.
She graduated from Marion Harding High School in 1960 and was a member of the Epworth United Methodist Church. Pamela was a legal secretary for the Marion County court system for over 11 years before her retirement.
The lifelong Marion resident is survived by her husband of 52 years, a son; Scott (Shelly) Williams of LaRue, Oh., a daughter; Julie (James) Woodson of Marion, Oh., 4 sisters; Patricia (Richard) Drake of Fairborn, Oh., Sharon (James) Kantzer of Marion, Oh., Janis (Wayne) McCullough of Midwest City, Ok., & Ann Burke of Livermore, Ca., along with 3 grandchildren; David Williams, Alyssa Pegg, & Rachel Williams.
A memorial service will be held in the Epworth United Methodist Church by Rev. David Hoffman on Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at a later date.
