Linda Lou Thacker age 65 of Marion, Ohio, passed away Tuesday December 3, 2013 at her residence.
She was born April 23, 1948 in Delaware, Ohio to the late Earl Edward and Bernice Jean (Louck) Fausnaugh.
On June 24, 1967 she married Bobby Lee Thacker and he preceded her in death on December 12, 2010.
Linda was retired as a custodian with the Marion City Schools. She was also a member of the Marion Wesleyan Methodist Church.
Linda is survived by three daughters and two sons; Theresa Holsinger of Marion, Ohio, Tammy (Charles) Redmon of Marion, Ohio, Bobbie Jo (George) Allen of Marion, Ohio, Charles (Melody) Swartz, Jr. of Marion, Ohio, and Tim (Roni Faunce) Swartz of Marion, Ohio. Twenty-one grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren survive as well as three sisters and one brother; Candy Driskel, Sharon Ann Fausnaugh, Dixie Cotrell, and Earl E. Fausnaugh, Jr.
Besides her parents and her husband, Linda was preceded in death by a daughter, Robin Lea Thacker and a grandson.
Funeral Services will be on Friday December 6, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Marion Wesleyan Methodist Church. Officiating the service will be Rev. David Blowers. Burial will follow in the Grand Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Friday two hours prior to the service from 11 to 1 P.M.
