Dorothy Jane Mount Mosher, age 90, devoted wife and loving mother went to be with Our Lord January 24 after a long illness.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Paul Mount, father of her children; and Don Mosher, also her husband of 30 years, her first love and her last. Mother of 5 daughters: Kathleen Wickemeier (Ben), Patricia (Teedles) Roberts (Phil), Sandi Jones (Garry), Peg Mount, and Laura (Lu) Panicaro (Nick). Beloved grandmother to ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Jane was born in Marion, Ohio in 1923, the daughter of Otto and Pearl Harper and sister of Ray Harper, Alice Harbolt, and Beverly Taylor, all who preceded her in death.
She was a long term member of Trinity Baptist Church and Martha Circle, a selfless supporter of missionaries, soup kitchens, and children’s charities. She used her hands, and generous spirit to create gifts of love for those she loved. Baby quilts, afghans, chocolate turtles, and the world’s best pies were her legacies of love and remembrance.
