Larry J. Ferrin age 66 of Marion, Ohio, passed away on Monday January 6, 2014 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
He was born April 2, 1947 in Marion to the late Proctor and Jean (Waggle) Ferrin.
On November 8, 2008 he married Grace Y. Zornes and she survives.
Larry was retired as a supervisor with Temple Inland Co. of Marion, Ohio.
Besides his wife, Larry leaves behind a son, Mike J. (Beth) Ferrin of Bellbrook, Ohio, three grandsons; Gavin Ferrin, Bryce Ferrin, Riley Ferrin, and a step-granddaughter, Kiley Scott. Also surviving is a brother, Barry (Sharon) Ferrin of New Bloomington, Ohio, and a niece, Sherri Lobb, and a great nephew, Jeffrey Lobb.
Along with his parents, Larry was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy L. Ferrin.
Funeral Services will be on Saturday January 11, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Pastor Jeff Bush. Burial will follow in the Chapel Heights Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday two hours prior to the service from 11 to 1 P.M.
