Mary B. Saunders age 80 of Marion passed away Sunday, January 5, 2014 at Marion General Hospital.
Born February 17, 1933 in Marion to the late Edward and Edith (Spaulding) Jones.
Mary married Charles Saunders and he preceded her in death.
Mary worked as a cook for the Whirlpool Cafeteria. She enjoyed playing Bingo.
She is survived by one sister Mildred O. (Jones) Hines of Marengo, and many nieces and nephews.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles, three brothers, Walter I. Jones, Frank A, Jones, Marion M. Jones, four sisters, Emma J. Shaw, Elizabeth M. Fegley, Patricia A. Goodman, and Shirley L. Rhinebolt.
Family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 10, 2014 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday with Pastor Donna Ball Officiating. Burial will follow in Marion Cemetery.
