Pat A. Walker, age 83, of Marion passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 11:15 a.m. in the DeWolfe House.
She was born on July 12, 1930 in Galion, Ohio to the late Robert and Carol (Freese) Timson.
Pat married Howard Walker Jr. in Kentucky on August 22,1949 and he preceded her in death on July 6, 2005 in Marion.
She was employed as a beautician in Galion, Ohio and later went on to work for 15 years as branch manager of State Savings Bank in Marion until her retirement in 1992.
Pat is survived by a son; Stephen Walker of Marion, Oh., a daughter; Paula (Mike) Jenner of Cardington, Oh., a brother; Robert (Marilyn) Timson of Dearborn, Mi., 5 grandchildren; Christopher, Kelly, Tara, Chane, & Lyndsae, along with 5 great grandchildren; Gavin, Aiden, Abbigail, Logan,& Christian.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 2 sons; Michael & Timothy Walker, and 2 sisters; Jo Pringle & Charlene McCown.
Friends may call at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home on Thursday, February 6, 2014, from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home with burial to follow in the St. Mary’s Cemetery. Rev. Michael Reynolds will officiate.
