Caroline Shurtleff age 86 of Marion, Ohio passed away Friday, March 14, 2014 at Kindred Healthcare Center.
She was born December 7, 1927 in Lima, Ohio to the late Ray and Gladys Coykendall.
In 1949 she married Francis W. Shurtleff, he preceded her in death in 1974
Caroline was employed at Anheuser Bush as a fork lift driver for 10 years.
She is survived by her children, Raymond (Ruth) Shurtleff of Va., Jessie (Michael) Tomas of Richwood, Oh., Robert (Debbie) Shurtleff of Marion, Oh., Lawrence (Isabelle) Shrtleff of Arcadia, Oh., 11 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchildren, a half brother, Ray (Dot) Coykendall of Va.
She was preceded in death by her son, Glenn Shurtleff, a brother, Joe and her sister, Jerry.
A Memorial sevice will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2014 @ 3 PM at The Salvation Army, 317 W. Church St. Marion, Ohio. The Boyd-Born Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for the family.
