Tracie D. James, age 48, of Marion passed away on Monday, March 3, 2014, in the Marion General Hospital at 3:05 a.m.
She was born on February 28, 1966 in Marion, Ohio to John Brown and Beverly J. Brown who both survive in Marion.
Tracie married Dallas L. James Jr. on July 6, 2000 in Marion and he also survives.
She was a member of the Grand Prairie Baptist Church and a lifelong homemaker.
Surviving along with her parents and husband are 2 daughters; Michalya & Mariah Wilder both of Marion, Oh., 1 grandchild, and a sister; Shelley (Chad) Danner of Marion, Oh.
She was preceded in death by a sister; Tanya Marie Brown and a brother; John Brown Jr.
Friends may call at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home on Thursday, March 6, 2014, from 3:30-5:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Grand Prairie Baptist Church on Friday at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow in the Marion Cemetery. Pastor Gene Parker will be officiating.
