Dixie Tron age 92 of Marion passed away Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Marion General Hospital.
Born January 16, 1922 in Marion to the late Clifford and Florence (Abthorpe) Swartz.
Dixie married Keith L. Tron, he passed away January 30, 1978.
She was co-owner with her husband of the Cozy Inn. Dixie was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church in Marion.
She is survived by her son Mark (Irene) Tron of Marion, one granddaughter, Chelsea (Jud) Gosnell of Columbus, one sister, Pat Welch of Marion. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Keith, one grandson Travis Tron, three brothers and three sisters.
Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors with Rev. Kevin Kehn Officiating. Burial will follow in Chapel Heights Memory Gardens.
