Dolores Patrick Vonderheide age 84 of Marion passed away Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Marion General Hospital.
Dolores (Pat) was born on August 29, 1929 in Sharonville, Ohio to the late William and Verna Patrick.
She was married to her love Valentine Royal Vonderheide on February 28, 1948 and were husband and wife for 66 years.
She was a devoted wife and partner in life in all their endeavors and travels throughout the US and the world leaving many friends behind around the globe. She was the best diplomat any partner could hope for in life. Pat was a wonderful mother and advisor to all her family.
She is survived by her husband Val, children Valentine Patrick and wife Cindy in Kansas, Ann Leslie and husband Barry in Georgia and Richard Paul and wife Rita in Ohio. She leaves behind 6 grandchildren, Jinger, Tiffany, Cynthia, Brian, Bradley, and Angelique, along with 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends Friday, April 18, 2014 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, April 18, 2014 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors with Father Thomas Buffer presiding. Burial will follow in St Mary’s Cemetery.
