Donna Elizabeth Thomas, age 84, of Marion, passed away early Sunday morning, May 4, 2014 in Marion.
Donna was born on February 18, 1930 in Morrow County, Ohio. The daughter of John C. and Mattie R. (Matthews) Rasey.
Donna was united in marriage to Donald Marlin Thomas, and together they made a home and raised a family. Donald preceded Donna in death on March 26, 1997.
Donna was a devoted homemaker and loved her family. She also enjoyed making arts and crafts in her free time.
She is survived by her children: Janet S. Sharp, Patricia A. Wilson and Michael F. (Jessie M.) Thomas; 10 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; Sisters: Kathryn Baker, Norma Miley, Rita Mangrum and Ruth Dolan.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald and 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
Visitation will be held on Thursday May 8, 2014 at the Denzer-Farison-Hottinger & Snyder Funeral Home, 360 East Center Street, Marion from 1PM to 2PM; Funeral services will immediately follow at 2PM with Majors Paul & Kathleen Knickerbocker officiating; Burial will be in the Fish Cemetery.
