Noah Harold Milligan age 93 went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus on Saturday, November 22, 2014.
Harold was born on March 30, 1921 to Noah and Lucy (Bill) Milligan.
On June 24, 1945 he married the love of his life, Dorothy Showers, with whom he shared 63 wonderful years until she went to be with the Lord in 2008.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Gailard, Gerald, Floyd and Lloyd and sisters Katherine, Daisy and Clara Belle.
As a man of faith, he and his wife Dorothy raised four Christian sons Delbert (Linda) of Riverview, Florida; Raymond (Karen) of Gainesville, Florida; Richard (Debbie) of Lebanon, Ohio; Thomas (Myra) of Marion, Ohio. Their family was abundantly blessed with 13 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren.
Harold was an active member of Marion Salem United Methodist Church for many years, serving as treasurer for a number of those years.
He was employed at Huber Corporation from 1942 to its closing in 1977, and retired from Fairfield Corporation.
Visitation will be at Marion Salem United Methodist Church located at 1640 Salem Road, Caledonia, Ohio Wednesday November 26 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. followed by the funeral at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. James Van Meter officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Heights Memorial Gardens.
