Arthur E. Ten Eyck age 93 of Marion, Ohio, Crossed over peacefully November 30, 2014 at home in Marion, Ohio.
He was born September 10, 1921 in Nevada, Ohio to Perry and Cora Palm (Bolinger) Ten Eyck.
Art was a veteran of WWII serving in the pacific theater as a B-24 bombadier.
He was a 1949 graduate of Ohio State University and worked 28 years for North American Aviation as a senior design engineer.
Art married Ruth E. Law in 1945 and raised three boys in Delaware, Ohio, Stephen, Kris (Denise) and Doug (Cathy) all of whom survive. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, and two sisters and one brother.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth, his parents, and three brothers and three sisters, and one granddaughter.
Art had a love of aviation having a pilot’s license and restored a 1931 Monocoupe airplane. He also loved to play bridge, fish, and travel the country in his motor home.
Per his wishes there will be a private celebration of life service following cremation.
