Marjorie Doloris Simpkins, age 86, of Reynoldsburg and formerly Marion, died Sunday, December 7, 2014 at her home.
She was born May 23, 1928 to the late Everett Clayton Spears and Hazel (Arminda) (Smith) Spears.
She married James “Jim” Junior Simpkins; he preceded her in death on April 11, 2010.
Marjorie Doloris retired from BF Goodrich with over 30 years of service. She enjoyed traveling with her late husband and spending time with her grandsons.
Marjorie Doloris is survived by children, Michael Ray (Laura) Simpkins of Reynoldsburg, OH, with whom she made her home, Dorothea L. “Dottie” Niedermier of Marion, and grandchildren, John Niedermier and Jay Simpkins.
She was predeceased by her husband Jim, parents, and five sisters.
Friends may call from 10:30 until 11:30AM Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Gunder/Hall & Folk Funeral Directors with a graveside service held 12 Noon at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
