Reginald Wilber Williams age 71 of Marion, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at his residence.
He was born September 15, 1943 in Delaware, Ohio to the late Richrad W. and Laura (Smart) Williams.
Reginald graduated from Elm Valley High School in Ashley, a U.S. Army Veteran serving from 1963-1965, he was a volunteer for the Waldo Fire Department for 20 years and was a member of various Fraternal Organizations in Delaware. He was owner and operator of Reg Williams Trucking from 1970-1984 and part owner of Morrow County Sanitation.
He is survived by his children, Ty (Jennifer) Williams of Waldo, Oh., Kelli (Tom) Kopp of Perrysburg, Oh., four grandchildren, Valeri Kopp, Tori Kopp, Madison Williams and Gage Williams, three brothers, Dick Williams, Jerry Williams, Harry Williams, and his sister, Nola Wilcox.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Staci Williams and three sisters, Loretta Williams, Sue Wells, and Peggy Counts.
Visitation for Reginald will be held Sunday, December 21, 2014 from 2 – 5 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Monday, December 22, 2014 @ 10am at St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Waldo, Ohio with Pastor Sarah Schaaf officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Delaware, Ohio.
