Brenda L. Bond age 52 of LaRue, Ohio, passed away on Saturday March 7, 2015 at her residence.
She was born September 23, 1962 in Marion, Ohio to the late Forest L. and Wanda L. (Phillips) Disbennett.
Brenda was quite artistic and enjoyed drawing and enjoyed writing poems. She loved the out doors and enjoyed swimming. In her earlier years she was an avid ball room dancer. Brenda also had two dogs that she loved, Ziva and Gibbs.
She leaves behind a daughter and a son; Ashley (Bill) Baker of Cincinniti, Ohio and Nicholas Malicoat of Akron, Ohio, as well as three grandchildren; Cayden Hinson, Kathleen Baker, and Elizabeth Baker. Also surviving are two sisters; Dianna Disbennett and Tina (Carl) McKelvy both of Marion, Ohio, and a brother, Tim (Linda) Disbennett of Caledonia, Ohio. Numerous nieces and nephews survive as well.
Besides her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by a sister, Melinda Biddle.
There will be a Funeral Service on Thursday March 12, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Steve Phillips. Burial will take place at a later date. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday two hours prior to the service from 5 to 7 P.M.
