Ethel Marie Rose, 86, of Marion

Ethel Marie Rose, age 86, of Marion passed away on Friday, March 13, 2015, at 10:28 p.m. in the Heartland of Marion.

She was born on July 17, 1928 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to Harm and Myrtle (Brown) Davis.

Ethel married Lenville Rose on December 21, 1968 in Marion and he preceded her in death on December 3, 1996 in Marion.

The lifelong homemaker is survived by three son, Larry (Sharen Humphries) Dunn of Marion, OH., Rick (Linda) Dunn of Marion, OH., and Gary (Mary Rawlins)  Dunn of Columbus, OH.; 19 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; and a niece, Brena (John) McGowen.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Eugene and George Dunn.

Friends may call at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Rev. Bob Jones will conduct a graveside service on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in the Grand Prairie Cemetery.
