Kenneth H. Persinger age 59 of Marion, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday March 24, 2015 at the Marion General Hospital.
He was born January 31, 1956 in Montgomery, W. Va. His parents were Carles and Jean Persinger and they preceded him in death.
Kenneth worked in Quality Control through the Pic Group. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and was a member of V.F.W. Post #3313. He also was a big music fan and was a fan of motorcycles.
Kenneth leaves behind a daughter, Aubrey N. (Corey) Fowler of Marion, Ohio, two sons; Kenny H. (Abigail) Persinger, ll of N. Platte, Nebraska, Kody A. Persinger of Marysville, Ohio, and ex-wife and friend, Karen Walters Persinger. Also surviving are five grandchildren; Payton, Kelsey, Kamryn, Phillip, and Gracie, and a sister, Carla (Stacy) Hook of Marion, Ohio, a brother, Jerry R. (Kristi) Persinger of Marion, Ohio, numerous nieces , nephews, cousins, and special niece, Beth Persinger.
Besides his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by two brothers; Tim and Bill Persinger.
Funeral Services will be on Saturday March 28, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Rev. Jesse Walters. Burial will follow in the Grand Prairie Cemetery with Military Rites by the Marion County United Veterans Council. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday March 27, 2015 from 5 to 8 P.M.
