LaKota Beaire Aldridge passed unexpectedly on Thursday, May 7, 2015.
During his two short years here on Earth he touched many lives and was a loving little boy. He enjoyed cuddling and playing with his twin brother, LueKai. He was loved by all who met him, and will be greatly missed.
LaKota was born on December 1, 2012 to his mother, Searra Johns and father, Joliffe Beaire Aldridge, both residents of Marion.
LaKota Aldridge is survived by 6 siblings, including a twin brother, LueKai Aldridge, LaMeisha Aldridge, LaTaiden Collins, Leighonna Hendel, LaPriesha Sturgeon, and LaVaea Hendel, all of Marion. He is also survived by a stepfather, Curtis Sturgeon of Marion; his paternal grandparents, Sam Aldridge and Michele Robertson of Marion; and maternal grandparents, David Shumate of Portsmouth, Ohio and Brenda Deel of Orange Beach, Alabama.
Viewing will be held at Central Baptist Church on Monday, May 18, 2015 from 4:00-7:00 pm and funeral services Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 2:00 pm.
