Betty Louise Chapman Uline, age 90, of Marion, Ohio, passed away Monday, November 16, 2015 at her residence.
She was born October 27, 1925 in Richwood, Ohio, to the late Lee Long and Ruth Jane (Prater) Young Chapman.
On June 2, 1962, she married Carl Eugene Uline in Marion, Ohio, and he preceded her in death on October 30, 2013.
Betty was retired from the former BF Goodrich Company. She was a member of the Prospect Street United Methodist Church. Betty loved sewing and cross stitching, as she was a very crafty woman. She enjoyed her life at home and especially enjoyed baking for friends, family, and also for the church bazaar.
Betty leaves behind two daughters, Theresa Roebuck of Marion, Ohio, and Jane (Don) Throckmorton of Georgia. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Jennifer (Danny) Moore and Caitlin Lee Throckmorton, as well as three great-grandchildren, Skyler Throckmorton and Maycee and Wyatt Fetter.
Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Evan Charles Throckmorton, a sister, Norma Mae Dennis, and a brother, Merle Wayne Chapman.
There will be a private family service with a burial to be held at a later date.
