Delores A. Schwaderer was born on Tuesday February 4, 1941 in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania to the late Louis and Jennie (Legge) Sottile.
After graduating from Williamsburg High School in 1959, Delores married the love of her life Robert Schwaderer on February 22, 1964. They spent 42 years together and raised 3 wonderful sons until he went onto prepare their heavenly home in 2006.
A woman of faith, Delores was a member of the St. Paul Luthern Church in Waldo. She was able to show her culinary talents at church luncheons. She enjoyed cooking for everyone, especially her family. This is why she found herself as the head cook for River Valley High School where she was able to cook every day for the school children.
Besides cooking Delores enjoyed spending time with friends and playing cards, especially Euchre. The thing Delores enjoyed most was spending time with her family and making memories for her 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Delores will be dearly missed by her sons Dan (Stacy) Schwaderer of Lodi, Keith (Julie) Schwaderer of Fremont, and Glen Schwaderer of Marion; sisters Frances (Gene) Wyerman of Williamsburg PA, and Joann (Bill) Williamsburg PA; 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She was met at Heavens gate by her husband, parents, sister Cindy Bartnick, and her brother Louis Sottile Jr.
Friends may call Friday November 13, 2015 5:00pm – 8:00pm at the Denzer-Farison-Hottinger & Snyder Funeral Home, 360 E. Center St., Services honoring Delores’s life will be held at the funeral, Saturday November 14, 2014 at 10:00 am with Pastor Sara Schaaf officiating.
