Dorothy Louise Hart age 96 of Marion, Ohio, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday December 24, 2015 at the DeWolf House in Marion, Ohio.
She was born November 20, 1919 in Minorsville, Ohio to the late John Frederick and Della Mae Frost.
On October 19, 1968 she married Ivan William Hart and he preceded her in death on February 25, 1992.
Dorothy was a member of Fite Memorial Baptist Church and at one time was the church secretary. She also was the secretary for many years for former Marion Physician, Dr. Brady.
Dorothy is survived by a step-son and step-daughter, Richard Hart of Oregon and Marcia Miller of Florida. Also surviving is her sister, Phyllis (Harold) Morton of Galion, Ohio and by her dear friends.
Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Wilma Eileen Jones and two brothers; Donald Eugene and Harold William Frost.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday December 30, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Officiating the service will be Pastor David Carlyle. Burial will follow in the Glendale-Union Cemetery in Cardington, Ohio. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 A.M.
