Joyce Elaine Hamm age 70 of Marion, Ohio passed away Sunday, December 13, 2015 at her residence.
She was born July 19, 1945 in Marion, Ohio to the late Lowell G. and Edith A. (Nash) Coon.
On November 3, 1961 she married Dale Dennis Raymond Hamm, he preceded her in death on November 28, 1988.
Joyce was a former member of The Salvation Army Church and now was a member of Cornerstone Alliance Church.
She is survived by her children, Robert D. Hamm of Marion, OH., Eva (Matt) Green of Land O Lakes, FL., Theresa A. (Christopher) Brown of Big Island, OH., Brenda K. (Dave) Cooper of Kenton, OH., Dale A. (Krista) Hamm Jr. of Marion, OH., Amy R. (Max) Holloway of Marion, OH., 21 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, her brother, Lowell “Junior” (Erma) Coon of Marion, OH., two sisters, Alice (Don) Brush of Big Island, OH., Marsha Denison of Marion, OH., and numerous nieces and nephews.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her daughter, Diana L. Coykendall, 3 brothers, Bobby, Richard and Timmy Coon and her sister, Mary Kramer.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 18, 2015 from 4 – 7 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 19, 2015 @ 10 AM at the funeral home with Pastoral Team at Cornerstone Alliance Church. Burial will follow at Chapel Heights Memory Gardens.
