Irenaea Maria Bindley, age 86, of Marion passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015, at 11:42 AM in the Kindred Health Care Center.
She was born in Marion, Ohio on January 8, 1929 to Francis and Frances (Shivley) Norris.
Irenaea married Robert Edward Bindley in Marion, Ohio on February 10, 1950 and he preceded her in death on September 7, 1992 in Marion.
She was a past member of the Y-Mennettes and a lifelong homemaker.
Irenaea is survived by two sons; Richard Stephen (Sheryl) Bindley of Hebron, OH. & Robert Scott Bindley of Marion, OH., two daughters; Melissa MaryJane (William Michael) Postle of Marion, OH. & Ann Marie (Paul James) Bindley-Beickelman of Marion, OH., one sister; Marjorie Dannaher of Mt.Vernon, OH., and five grandchildren; Shaun, Lauren, Emily, Brennan, & Alec.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Bob, and a brother; Richard Norris.
No calling hours will be observed. Father Thomas Buffer will conduct a private family graveside service on Tuesday in the Marion Cemetery.
