Constance E.Dibling, age 89, of Columbus passed away Friday March 18, 2016 at Brookdale Assisted Living in Marion.
Constance was born in Surrey, England on Sunday October 10, 1926 to the late Thomas G. and Constance M. (Hopgood) Barlow.
Constance married Donald Dibling in 1945 in England as a war bride. They were married for 64 years before Don died in 2009.
Constance retired in 1987 from Groveport Madison Schools as a school secretary. She enjoyed traveling, boating, gardening and her daily 4:00 tea time. Constance (Nanny) loved her time with her family, especially with her grandchildren. She looked forward to the family gatherings and the memories that were made.
She will be dearly missed by her son Dean (Elaine) Dibling, grandchildren Derek (Ashley), Jennifer (Ben) Leppla, Melissa (Michael) Mathey, David (Sarah), Dennis (Cydney), great grandchildren Nathaniel, Kennedy, a baby boy to be born in August, and nephew David (Sarah) Dibling.
Constance was predeceased by her husband Don and daughter Denise.

Services honoring her life will be held privately.
