Coaches and trainers sought for local soccer organization

KASA EaglesKASA (Kingdom Alive Soccer Association), a local faith-based non-profit organization, is in need of additional volunteer head and assistant soccer coaches as well as trainers for its outdoor travel soccer program.

KASA will be sponsoring several boys and girls teams in various age brackets for the Spring 2016 season. KASA plays in the Mid-Ohio Select Soccer League (MOSSL).

Assistant and head coaches require a license, which may be obtained by taking US Youth Soccer Federation/Ohio South Youth Soccer Association courses, or by years of experience coaching high school varsity or collegiate soccer. Trainers, while licensing is preferred, does not require a license.

If you are interested in coaching or training in this competitive program, have a passion for working with young people ages 11 – 18, and have a license or the prior coaching experience to obtain a license (or the drive to take a course to get a license), please contact us.

KASA hopes to identify former high school, club, and collegiate players who can teach their skills to young soccer enthusiasts. At this time all coaches and trainers are volunteer positions.
