State Route 203 Re-Opens

State Route 203 in Prospect re-opened Thursday afternoon. The road had been closed since last week due to flood waters from the Scioto River. The river fell below the flood stage Thursday morning. The Ohio Department of Transportation re-opened the highway following inspections.
