Marion CANDO is currently conducting a business survey of Marion area businesses to try and determine the workforce needs and wants of the local business community.
This project is funded through the Workforce Investment Act and administered by Marion County Job & Family Services.
The results of the survey will be used to determine current and future programs with Job and Family Services. The data will also be shared with area education facilities, including Tri-Rivers, Marion Technical College, and Ohio State University at Marion, so they can design programs around the needs of local businesses.
