Arnold E. “Pappy” Baer, age 84, of Mount Gilead, died Sunday morning, November 13, 2011, at the Bennington Glen Care Center following an extended illness.

On March 24, 1927, Arnold was born in Jackson, Ohio, one of 22 children of the late Isreal and Bertha (Coffman) Baer.

Elizabeth M. Phillips, age 89, formerly of Hillside Street in Mount Gilead, died Friday afternoon, November 11, 2011, at the Woodside Village Care Center following a five year illness.

On July 19, 1922, Elizabeth was born in Fulton, Ohio, the youngest of three daughters of the late Thomas and Margaret (Lee) Edgell.

James W. Alexander, age 92, of Marion, OH passed away Saturday November, 12, 2011 at the Ohio Veterans Home in Sandusky, OH.

He was born to the late Elmer Ellsworth and May (Coulson) Alexander on August 18, 1919 in Marion, OH.

Pauline D. Ross age 67 of Columbus, Ohio formerly of Marion, Ohio passed away Saturday, November 12, 2011 at St. Ann's Hospital in Westerville, Ohio.

She was born December 1, 1943 in Greenville, MS., to the late Benjamin and Q.C. (Crawford) Glover.

Sue E. Miller, age 62, of Iberia, died early Saturday morning, November 12, 2011, at the Woodside Village Care Center following a five year battle with a brain tumor.

On July 8, 1949, Sue was born in Marion, the daughter of the late Donald and Loretta (Parker) James.  She graduated from Northmor High School in the Class of 1967.

You don’t love someone for their looks, or their clothes, or their fancy car, but because they sing a song only you can hear.  Everyone who knew Jessica West Chrobak, couldn’t help but to fall in love with her for she sang a song everyone could hear.

The angels in heaven now have another beautiful voice in their choir, as Jessica Nicole West Chrobak, joined them on Wednesday afternoon, November 9, 2011, because of injuries she sustained in an automobile accident.  She was 24 years young and of Neenah, Wisconsin, and formerly of Cardington, Ohio.

Linda S. Austin, age 62, of Green Camp, Ohio passed away on Friday, November 11, 2011, at 5:59 p.m. in the OSU Hospital, Columbus.

She was born on August 19, 1949 in Marion, Ohio to Jerald and Delores (McEliece) Jerew. Both parent survive in Marion.

Mary Evelyn Long, age 67 of Mt. Gilead, passed away Friday evening November 11th, 2011 in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.

She was born October 22nd, 1944 in Galion as the daughter of the late Melvin L. & Edith (Paxton) Staup.

Betty L. Moore, age 74 of Richwood, died Thursday morning, November 10, 2011 at her home with her loving family by her side.

She was born February 10, 1937 in Richwood to the late Thomas J. and Blanche I. (Moore) Morrison.

Walter Michael "Mickey" Cereoli, age 64 of Richwood, died Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at home surrounded by his loving family, following a courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma.

He was born July 21, 1947 in Rockville Center, NY to the late Ronald Valentine and Olive Jane (Vogel) Cereoli.
