Gladys Lenora Rippey, age 98 of Marion, died Wednesday evening, August 18, 2010 at Marion General Hospital.

She was born September 17, 1911 in South Zanesville to the late Wesley Emmett and Mary Caroline (Ramsey) Bole.

Steven C. Morgan, age 32, of Marion, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 17, 2010, of an untreated illness.

On August 26, 1977, Steven was born in Marion, Ohio, the son of Lynn (Cassell) Fair and Roger Morgan Sr.  He graduated from Marion Harding High School.

Leonard G. Wolfel, age 79 of Caledonia, passed away early Wednesday morning August 18th, 2010 in Heartland of Marion.

He was born in Marion April 25th, 1931 the son of Raymond C. and Mildred (Burkhardt) Wolfel.

Clarence E. "Eddie" Thacker, 67, died on Tuesday, August 17, 2010.

Eddie was born on March 10, 1943 in Ewington, Ohio to the late Jeremiah and Ethel (Oiler) Thacker.

Joseph Messenger, 50, of Marion, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2010 at his residence.

Joe was born on February 2, 1960 in Marion to the late Elmer A. and Willia Mae (Lyons) Messenger.

Charles Warren James, of Florida, formerly of Marion, passed away Friday, August 13, 2010 at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, Florida.

Charles was born in Marion to the late Harold and Olga (Tuttle) James on July 3, 1941. He married Paula Harris in Marion on July 29, 1960.

She was born in Richwood, Ohio to the late Charles Franklin and Harriet A. (Eldridge) Hook.

Terry D. Craft Sr. age 49 of Marysville, Ohio formerly of Marion, Ohio passed away Monday, August 16, 2010 at Heartland of Marysville.

He was born to the late Donald E. Craft and Dolly (Johnson) Craft-Ruby.

Carol “Jean” Darland, age 65, of LaRue, Ohio died Saturday August 14, 2010 at 9:50 PM at her residence.

She was born December 25, 1944 in Quincy, Kentucky to the late Clarence and Hester Mae (Harris) Thomas.

On May 14, 1976 she married Melvin Darland and he died April 11, 2003.
