Matthew T. Barr, age 5 of Sunbury passed away Saturday, January 29, 2011 at home surrounded by his family following three year battle against cancer.

He was born on July 13, 2005 in Columbus and was the beloved and treasured son of Jeremie A. and Jennifer L. (Robson) Barr.

James “Jim” J. Conley, 65, of Marion, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 29, 2011 at Marion General Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Jim was born May 30, 1945 in Flatfork, Kentucky to the late Marion and Birdie (Hall) Conley.

Tabitha A, Seymour, 43, of Mt. Gilead passed away on Thursday, January 27th, 2011 in Riverside Hospital , Columbus.

She was born May 8th, 1967 in Columbus as the daughter of William & Ruth (Minor) Seymour.

Jimmie W. Spears age 65 of Marion went to be with the Lord January 27, 2011 at 5:00 AM.

He was born May 28, 1945 to the late Homer and Eva Marie (Austin) Spears.

He graduated from Ridgadale High School in 1963. He was employed by Todco Overhead Door for over 25 years.

Genevieve C. Smith, 103, Marion, passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at Marion Pointe Nursing Home.

She was born on Sept. 14, 1907 to the late James M. and Mary A. (Cody) Hess in Malinta, Ohio.

Genevieve was married in 1928 to Everett C. Smith who preceded her in death in 1979.

Evelyn Roberta Guinther age 94 of the Martel area passed away Tuesday evening January 25th at her home in Kingston Manor in Marion where she been residing for the past five years.

She was born the daughter of the late Dr. James & Carolyn (Edwards) Ruckman in Jenera, Ohio.

Her family moved to LaRue during the First World War where her father became the town doctor.

Lewis Glenn Ward, four month old beloved infant son of Matthew and Carrie (Blake) Ward of Sparta passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2011 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Mt. Vernon.

Addison Joann Willauer, the infant daughter of Adam and Carrie (Matlack) Willauer went to be with her Heavenly Father on Saturday morning, January 22, 2011.

Phyllis M. Houk, age 92, of Mount Gilead, died early Monday morning, January 24, 2011, at the Morrow County Hospital Extended Care Facility following an extended illness.

On September 18, 1918, Phyllis was born in Lykens Township of Crawford County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Lloyd and Sally (Miller) Brause.  She graduated from Sulphur Springs High School.

Maude (Crace) Cantrell, 89, Marion, passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2011 at Heartland of Marion.

She was born on June 4, 1921 in Salyersville, KY to the late James and Grace Crace.
