Bill Would Require Photos of Scrap Metal Sellers

Scrap-metal dealers would be required to take a photograph of each person who sells to them under a bill that unanimously passed the Ohio Senate yesterday. Senate Bill 193 prohibits a dealer from purchasing or receiving scrap metal from anyone who refuses to take a photograph.
